SMS Service Trials Process

A SMS trial package will be added on UC and will let the account managers assign it to the customers.
From Unifonic side, a sender ID will be given with few limitations as the following.

a. Limiting the recipient and content of the trial messages to a number of users in the account in case messages are sent from APIs.

b. Setting a fixed message content for these sender IDs.

In case the customer is trying to send trial messages from either campaign or API, there will be linked instructions that illustrate how these trials work.
